For nine months, 9027.6 tons of meat and 1132 tons of milk were delivered to Buryatia

In January-September 2021, enterprises that manufacture products supplied 9,027.6 tons of meat and poultry meat to Buryatia. They also delivered 4967 tons of sausages, 2803.4 tons of meat semi-finished products, 1132 tons of milk, 638.7 tons of fermented milk products, 426.4 tons of sour cream, 296.3 tons of cottage cheese, 111.4 tons of butter.

- 4856.9 tons of meat and poultry meat, 673.1 tons of sausages, 1248 tons of semi-finished meat products were exported to other regions, - the press service of Buryatstat reported.

3107.6 tons of meat, 3456.6 tons of sausages, 340.7 thousand cond. cans of canned meat, 11,768.1 tons of milk, 730 tons of sour cream, 504.4 tons of cheese and cheese products.
