Experts from the it company Evotor analyzed the average prices for 257 SKUs from 47 product categories, 163 SKUs from the ALCOHOL category, 100 SKUs from the cigarettes category, 73 SKUs from 22 commodity subcategories of non-food FMCG and detergents for various purposes, care and hygiene, etc.), presented in non-chain retail stores in all regions.

It turned out that over the past year, coffee has become the most expensive product in non-chain retail. Average prices for ground coffee increased by 39% over the year, and for instant coffee - by 38%. Spices, seasonings and spices have risen in price by 35%. Prices for glazed fruit and nuts increased by 33%, while those for puree and instant noodles increased by 32%.

Marmalade went up by 28%, juices and nectars - by 26%, tomato paste - by 25%. Prices for bar chocolate increased by 24%, and for chocolates, bars, caramel - by 23%. Cream and children's drinks have also risen in price by 23% over the year.

Prices for bottled water, rice, muesli and other ready-made breakfasts, for preserved fish and seafood increased by 22%.

Prices for dairy desserts, soft drinks and soda increased by 21%, marshmallows, gingerbread, cookies and cheese increased by 20%. MILK , sour cream, sweets and canned ready meals went up by 19%, cocoa - by 17%, tea, yogurt, fruit puree, dumplings and canned vegetables - by 16%.

For the month, by December 2022, the average prices for products in non-chain retail have not changed. Preserves from fish and seafood went up the most - by 3%, marmalade, drinks for children, fruit and nut glazed dragees - by 2% FLOUR.

By January 2022, the average prices for  alcohol in traditional retail increased by 11%, for cigarettes - by 8%, non-food products - by 42%. By December, prices for non-food products increased by 2%, for cigarettes - by 0.3% , and for alcohol remained at the same level.
