An ASF outbreak was registered in the fourth district of the Krasnodar Territory

According to the regional veterinary department, on Sunday, September 10, a death of animals occurred at the Delimit farm of Kuban Bacon JSC (a subsidiary of the N.I. Tkachev Agrocomplex) in the village of Kalininskaya.

On the territory of the pig farm, where quarantine has been introduced , equipped with disinfectant barriers, six 24-hour checkpoints have been installed. 14 specialists from the state veterinary service are involved in eliminating the outbreak. Four units of agricultural machinery are involved.

In the threatened zone with a radius of 10 kilometers, monitoring of private farms has been organized. The entire pig population is subject to depopulation.
