ASF quarantine was introduced on the Pobeda farm, owned by the Agrocomplex named after. N.I. Tkachev in the village of Novodzherelievskaya, Bryukhovetsky district. The cause of death was confirmed on Tuesday, September 5, based on the results of an examination of samples of pathological material.
The previous outbreak was identified at the commercial pig-breeding complex of Impulse LLC in the Kushchevsky district, where six 24-hour security and quarantine posts were installed. Representatives of the state veterinary service examined 241 private farmsteads.
In the Bryukhovetsky district, the boundaries of the threatened zone are defined within a radius of five kilometers around the outbreak. Veterinarians have completed a visit to 319 farmsteads and continue to work.
The observation zone with a radius of 10 kilometers included the village of Beisugskoye, the villages of Garbuzovaya Balka, Pody, Rogachi and Chelyuskinets.
Restrictive measures will be in effect for 180 days.
