Resumption of work at the largest poultry farm in Astrakhan after the crisis

The restoration of the factory required more than 200 million rubles, of which 120 million were received from insurance for the destroyed birds. The funds received were used to strengthen biosecurity measures and modernize the enterprise. In particular, asphalt was laid around the factory territory to reduce the risk of infection and improve working conditions.

One of the key steps in the recovery was the introduction of process automation. The Vladimirovskaya factory achieved high levels of automation, including the use of computerized feed delivery methods. This increased production efficiency, and at the moment the factory has returned production volumes to 955 thousand heads of poultry and up to 750 thousand eggs per day, which allows it to occupy more than 40% of the egg market in the Astrakhan region.

Currently, the factory continues to build additional warehouses, which will help improve logistics. At the beginning of 2024 , it is planned to reach the planned indicators of 300 million eggs per year. It is also planned to launch a meat slaughterhouse with a capacity of up to 2 thousand heads per hour, which will expand the range and increase the volume of products. The return to normal operation of the Vladimirovskaya poultry farm is a successful example of overcoming the crisis and introducing modern technologies in the agro-industrial sector.
