The authorities of Khakassia are trying to revive the Abakan meat-packing plant

The production facilities, which recently stamped stewed MEAT and other products of the now infamous MaVR, were visited by city and regional officials of the highest rank.

Among others, in the photo and video materials of the information department of the Abakan city administration, in the company of Alexei Lemin, Deputy Governor of Khakassia Irina Voinova, Minister of Economic Development Viktor Bogushevich, HEAD of the agricultural department Sergei Trufanov were seen. it is clear that this “vzh-zh-zh” at the enterprise, which was once part of the city-forming ones, is clearly not without reason. First, the “Mavrovskiy” bull was removed from the pedestal in front of the “butcher” (as the employees of the enterprise once called the plant, famous throughout the country for its stew), and now the distinguished guests have come ...

One, or rather, one of them - Irina Voinova - about the goal visit wrote in her "vekashka" as follows:

“We visited the Abakan meat-packing plant with the head of the city of Abakan, Alexei Lemin. This is the revival of the famous production! The technology of the production process is completely preserved. And most importantly, we managed to save the team.”

The vision of the city administration is set out in an enthusiastic and almost advertising note on the website of the Abakan mayor's office. Here is a quote, if anything:

“Aleksey Lemin is sure that local products will be of interest not only to citizens, but also to budgetary institutions, which, in any case, buy meat, sausages, boiled sausages for cooking various dishes. Also, the Head of Abakan is convinced that the benefits of an existing enterprise of this direction in the republican capital are undeniable.”

The words of the Minister of Agriculture and Food Sergei Trufanov are also quoted there:

“We decided on the management of the enterprise at the purchase price. I think that farmers will be interested in this price. Of course, it's spring now, it's growing, and, most likely, interest will rise by autumn. The enterprise already has a slaughterhouse, so I think farmers will be interested.”

In the light of the sanctions reality and the revival of everything that is domestic, the resuscitation of the Abakan meat-packing plant, the date of foundation of which is considered to be 1959, looks promising today. However, this task will not be easy due to the fierce competition. The initiators can only rely on the people's memory, in which the stew from Abakan was considered a product that did not need advertising.
