Revenue from Ukrainian exports of poultry meat increased by 18%

In January-June 2021, Ukraine exported 217.7 thousand tons of MEAT and edible poultry offal, which corresponds to the level for the same period in 2020 (212.3 thousand tons).

This is evidenced by the data of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.

In monetary terms, exports in the reporting period reached $320 million, which is 18% more than $271 million in January-June 2020.

Since the beginning of 2021, the main buyers of domestic poultry meat and edible by-products have been:

* Saudi Arabia — by $97.68 million (30.52%);
* The Netherlands — by $53.69 million (16.77%);
* UAE — by $15.99 million (4.99%);
* others — by $152.71 million (47.71%).

Recall that for the six months of 2021, 11 EXPORT markets were opened for Ukrainian producers, which is almost the same as for the whole of 2020, when 12 export markets were opened.
