Information about the shipment of products with fragments of the ASF virus genome was received from the Vladimir Region Veterinary Center on September 15. Based on data from the FSIS "Mercury", the monitoring group of the territorial administration of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR for the Amur Region and Yakutia established that the shipments arrived in Aldansky, Lensky, Neryungrisky, Mirny districts and Yakutsk.

Two of the 16 samples tested in an accredited laboratory contained African swine fever virus DNA. The ham was removed from circulation and sent to secure storage for subsequent disposal.
