In April 2024, Rosselkhoznadzor suspended 11 declarations of conformity for meat products in the Zabaykalsky Krai.

Thus, during the control (supervisory) activity carried out without interaction with the supervised entity and the analysis of information obtained from the Unified Register of Certificates of Conformity and Declarations of Conformity of the Federal Accreditation Service, it was established that the "ELIRON" farm did not ensure completeness of the information on the results of the conducted studies. The documents that served as the basis for confirming the conformity of food products with the requirements of technical regulations do not contain studies on the following indicators: QMAFAnM (the number of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms),coliform bacteria (CGB), sulfite-reducing clostridia, pathogenic microorganisms, including salmonella .

Declaration of food products based on incomplete data on their compliance with mandatory requirements established by technical regulations entails the invalidity of the declaration of conformity.

The Administration has decided to suspend 11 declarations of conformity issued by the ELIRON Farm. In accordance with the Rules for the Registration, Suspension, Renewal, Termination, and Invalidation of Declarations of Conformity (approved by Russian Government Resolution No. 936 of June 19, 2021), this information has been entered into the Unified Register of Certificates of Conformity and Declarations of Conformity on the Rosaccreditation website. The agricultural enterprise has been issued a warning.

From January 10 to April 25, 2024, the Office of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR monitored 96 declarations of conformity from 26 applicants registered in the National Rosaccreditation System as part of its compliance monitoring program . To combat the illegal circulation of regulated products, 18 declarations of conformity for MEAT products were suspended.
