PIONEER MEIZHENG BIO-TECH (5 in1) JC1165 / Rapid tests for the determination of the residual amount of halofuginone, flavomycin, novobiocin, flunixin, dexamethasone / prednisolone in milk, wheyThus, during control and surveillance activities for the past period of 2023, inspectors selected 121 samples of food products: including samples of dairy products (39), MEAT products (38), beef meat (24), poultry meat (25), fish and fish products (13), sausage products (4) and honey (1).
All samples for laboratory research were sent to the Irkutsk branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "ARRIAH" and the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VGNKI". Products are examined for many indicators, including the presence or absence of heavy metals, antibiotics and other antibacterial agents.
Based on the test results, it was established that 4 of the selected samples do not meet the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union. The presence of residual drugs was detected in locally produced ground beef and “Molochnye” sausages: ofloxacin , enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, and in a sample of UHT drinking MILK 2.5% - tetracycline . In addition, the presence of antibiotics was detected in minced chicken from the Stavropol Territory (ZAO Baysad).
In relation to 2 local manufacturers (Khotu-As LLC and individual entrepreneur A.L. Zhzhenykh), in agreement with the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic, unscheduled on-site inspections were carried out, administrative protocols were drawn up under Part 1 of Art. 14.43 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, as well as Yakutsky Gormolzavod LLC and Baysad CJSC (Kislovodsk) issued warnings.
Department specialists monitor compliance with the mandatory requirements of the veterinary legislation of the Russian Federation. Over the past period of this year, 11 warnings have been issued to manufacturers of low-quality products supplied to social institutions of the Republic of Sakha.
It is also worth noting that the Department regularly takes part in meetings of the Commission for Combating Illegal Traffic in Industrial Products in Yakutia. As part of this work, active cooperation is being carried out with law enforcement agencies to analyze schemes for the illegal introduction of livestock products into circulation.
