The product does not meet the requirements of several manufacturers.
Employees of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR department for the Voronezh, Belgorod and Lipetsk regions checked the sausages produced in the region. The results were disappointing - antibiotics and soy were found in the product from several manufacturers, the press service of the department said on Wednesday, April 21.
So, the sausage was given for examination by Saguny Meat-Packing Plant LLC, Central Market LLC and Original Firm LLC. Studies have shown that some products do not meet the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On Food Safety" and "On the Safety of MEAT and Meat Products".
Thus, antibiotics of the tetracycline group were found in the Doktorskaya sausage produced by Saguny Meat-Packing Plant LLC, and sulfonamides were found in the chilled semi-finished products of the Ukrainian sausage. Soy textured protein was detected in a sample of minced chicken produced by Original LLC.
The Rosselkhoznadzor Department initiated administrative cases against manufacturers and issued an order to withdraw potentially dangerous products from circulation.
