A phantom site for the production of semi-finished meat products has been identified in Udmurtia

According to the information received, the entrepreneur sells semi-finished MEAT products (Family dumplings, Chicken dumplings, beef cutlets) in the Myasnoy store in Izhevsk, produced by individual entrepreneur G.R. Ibraeva. (Izhevsk), without veterinary accompanying documents.

The department carried out a control (supervisory) event without interaction - an on-site examination at the address registered in the FSIS VetIS "Cerberus" (Izhevsk, Pushkinskaya St., 217). As a result, it was established that at the specified address the enterprise for the production of meat products is individual entrepreneur Ibraeva G.R. absent.

According to the Mercury system, it was revealed that from January 1 to December 29, 2023, individual entrepreneur Ibraeva G.R. did not prepare veterinary accompanying documents for the production and transportation of semi-finished meat products. For 2023 to IP Ibraev R.Z. veterinary accompanying documents for semi-finished meat products from IP Ibraeva G.R. were not issued.

On December 29, 2023, the Department issued warnings to entrepreneurs about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements; warnings were sent to authorized persons in the FSIS “Vetis.Passport” component.

On January 11, 2024 , the state veterinary service of the Udmurt Republic excluded the phantom site from the register of economic entities of the FSIS “Cerberus” component.

To suppress the circulation of controlled products of unknown origin, information was sent to law enforcement agencies of the Udmurt Republic, the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation for the Udmurt Republic to take response measures within the established competencies.
