According to the results of studies by the Research Center for Neurobiology of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “ARRIAH”, antibiotics were identified in the indicated products: in the “Tsarsky Vybor” dumplings, in the “Russkaya”, “Krakovskaya”, “Molochnaya”, “Doctorskaya” sausages, in the “Granular” and “Finnish” cervelat - sulfamethazine ; in “Tsarsky Vybor” dumplings, “Molochnaya” sausage and “Finnish” cervelat - doxycycline; in Vienna sausages and Doktorskaya sausage - florfenicol .

In accordance with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union: TR CU 021/2011 “On the safety of food products” (approved by the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated 09.12.2011 No. 880) and TR CU 034/2013 “On the safety of MEAT and meat products” the presence of medicinal drugs in sausage products and semi-finished meat products are not allowed.

In order to prevent the circulation of these products, the territorial administration suspended the validity of 5 declarations of conformity. The company Ishimsky Meat Processing Plant LLC was warned against violating mandatory requirements.
