In the Tver region, enterprises produced hazardous products

Of these, 5 warnings were announced to legal entities that are producers of products of animal origin and operating in the Vyshnevolotsky, Konakovsky, Bologovsky districts and the city of Tver. Warnings were issued due to the fact that, according to the results of laboratory tests conducted by the Tver branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "ARRIAH", in samples of selected products (cheese, boiled-smoked sausage ,cottage cheese , Milk , sweet butter ), a discrepancy was identified in terms of sorbic acid and its sorbate salts, transglutaminase, benzylpenicillin, and the presence of vegetable oils and vegetable-based fats was also revealed.

The Department also issued 1 warning against a citizen keeping cattle . 1 – as a result of collecting information during preventive measures.

During this period, specialists from the department of state internal veterinary supervision of the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor in the Tver and Yaroslavl regions conducted 22 consultations on compliance with the mandatory requirements of veterinary legislation, as well as 8 preventive visits.
