More than 50 thousand tons of livestock products and feed were controlled in the Tomsk region during domestic rail transportation

So, sunflower meal, soybean meal and feed additives were imported into the territory of the Tomsk region from the Kaliningrad, Kursk, Leningrad, Amur and Irkutsk regions, Primorsky and Altai territories in the amount of 4,712 tons, as well as 39 tons of dairy products from the Leningrad region and the Republic of Udmurtia . 

In turn, 3,520 tons of feed for pigs were shipped from the territory of the Tomsk region to the consignees from the Kemerovo region and the Republic of Buryatia.

Thus, since the beginning of 2023, for domestic rail transportation, the volumes of import and EXPORT of agricultural products monitored by ROSSELKHOZNADZOR specialists amounted to 27,917 tons and 24,908 tons, respectively. These are feed, feed additives, dairy products and frozen fish.

The agency notes that the movement of goods was carried out in accordance with the conditions of regionalization. Violations of the rules of rail transportation, as well as veterinary legislation, were not identified.
