In the Sverdlovsk Region, over the three months of 2021, compared to the same period in 2020, the production of livestock and poultry decreased from 63.3 to 58.4 thousand tons (by 7.7%). it is reported by Sverdlovskstat.

At the same time, it is noted that in agricultural organizations the drop was 8% (from 56.5 to 52 thousand tons), and in households - 6.3% (from 6.3 to 5.9 thousand tons). The production in peasant (farm) farms and individual entrepreneurs remained at the same level - 0.5 thousand tons.

But the production of MILK and eggs, on the contrary, increased by 2.4% (from 185.5 to 189.9 thousand tons) and 1.4% (from 368.9 to 374.1 million units), respectively.
