In the Middle Urals, specialists from the Sverdlovsk Reference Center of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR have identified E. coli and Salmonella in dairy and MEAT products. This was reported on the official website of the department.

“In total, the specialists of the department performed 1220 studies. As a result, in 17 samples of dairy products, bacteria of the Escherichia coli group, a high contamination with microorganisms, and an abnormal number of dairy microorganisms, molds and yeasts were found.

In addition, out of 28 examined samples of meat products, Salmonella was found in three samples and Listeria in one sample. Of the 218 samples of swabs from environmental objects, bacteria of the Escherichia coli group were found in five.
