A phantom enterprise has been identified in the Sverdlovsk region thanks to the Mercury Federal State Information System.

In November 2023, the organization's authorized representative issued transport VSDs for beef , beef by-products, horse MEAT, fish, frozen seafood, and butter . Thus, over the course of the month, the enterprise placed over 270 tons of products into circulation.

While working with the inspectors' information systems, the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (ROSSELKHOZNADZOR) became alarmed that the production VSDs listed 50 HEAD of cattle as raw material , from which an illogical amount of product was produced—18 tons of frozen beef liver.

The products were shipped to enterprises in the Amur, Voronezh, Irkutsk, Kurgan, Moscow, Omsk, Penza, and Rostov regions, the Primorsky and Khabarovsk territories, the Republic of Adygea, and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

Employees of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration conducted an on-site inspection of the location of FOOD-INVEST LLC's business activities; however, the enterprise did not actually operate at the specified address.

The Territorial Administration sent information letters to the Rosselkhoznadzor Administrations that carry out supervision in the regions where products from FOOD-INVEST LLC were received.
