Expired smoked chicken sold in Stavropol Territory

When analyzing the data reflected in the “Mercury” component of the FSIS “VetIS”, it turned out that the enterprise registered in the Kochubeevsky district of the Stavropol Territory entered into the information system unreliable data about a batch of smoked and boiled chicken carcasses weighing 69 kilograms.

Prior to the processing/manufacturing transaction, their expiration date was set at January 18, 2024 , and was subsequently changed to February 6. The batch was sold by an entrepreneur from the village of Kochubeevskoye.

The manufacturer was warned against violating mandatory legal requirements.
