In Astrakhan public pages, an appeal is being circulated with a request for help to a sold enterprise for the production of chicken meat and eggs. In the attached video, dead birds can be seen, and the proclamation contains the hope that the governor will be able to hear about the trouble and help.

Perhaps the author of the publication is an employee of the poultry farm. Here is what he writes: “The poultry farm is going bankrupt! We were shown on local television, but after that there is no action from the ministry! The Minister declares that there is a supply of feed, but the feeders are empty, the BIRD IS DIE OF HUNGER! The information does not reach the governor, or it does, but in a completely different form! We trust that he will look into this and help us."

At the end of last year, we wrote that the property management agency of the Astrakhan region put up for sale one of the poultry farms in the region - LLC Agricultural Enterprise - Stepnaya Poultry Farm . However, at that time the enterprise did not find an owner.

And on January 13, 2022, a story appeared on the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company Lotos, telling about the hopes that the poultry farm will find a reliable investor. All the workers on it in the amount of almost a hundred people are local residents. They are very worried and really sound the alarm. No wonder - in the best years, the factory closed the supply of eggs to the region by 97%, and now, with a frequent change of management, it was brought to the handle and they simply decided to sell it.

The company was again put up for auction on February 1, 2022. Apparently, the long-awaited investor still does not want to come. True, while they are looking for him, the chickens have to prove their desire to eat. How well they do it is a big question. In the meantime, the next acceptance of investor applications began on December 30, and the end of their acceptance will occur in five days.

Thus, the situation in the factory remains very serious indeed. And if there was a fact of mass death of birds at a poultry farm, regardless of its causes, then it will cause damage not only to the people who work there. This will also affect consumers, who, instead of buying local goods, will look for often more expensive imported ones. And we will not say anything at all about investments and increasing confidence in managers in such a situation.
