The supervisory authority issued an order to the farmer to eliminate the violations. However, at the time of the inspection to monitor the implementation of the order, the farm had not organized disinfection of vehicles, work clothes and shoes in which animals were cared for. There was no heat treatment of the MILK before feeding it to the calves. The farm also did not carry out deratization and disinfestation of premises for keeping animals.
According to information received from the regional station for combating animal diseases, in the current outbreak of infection, the owner carried out the movement of cattle , as well as the regrouping of relatively healthy livestock with a positive and doubtful reaction to brucellosis. Based on the facts of violations identified, the HEAD of the peasant farm was brought to administrative responsibility by the Office of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR in the form of a fine.
The livestock breeder did not agree with the conclusions about his guilt in non-compliance with veterinary rules and tried to challenge the punishment in COURT. In October of this year, the Kalininsky District Court , having considered the materials of the administrative proceedings, decided to uphold without change the resolution of the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor for the Saratov and Samara regions on recognizing the head of a farm from the Samoilovsky district of the Saratov region guilty of committing an offense under Part 2 of Article 10.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules for combating quarantine and especially dangerous animal diseases).
Now the farmer is obliged to pay the administrative fine imposed on him.
