Untested meat products arrived at the Dubovaya Roshcha sanatorium

A batch with a total weight of 345.5 kilograms (beef tongues, beef , lamb and poultry ) arrived in Zheleznovodsk under a government contract from individual entrepreneur Trofim Kuchinsky from the village of Vinsady in the Predgorny district of the Stavropol Territory. 

During shipment and receipt, no laboratory testing of meat and offal was carried out to confirm their safety. A warning has been issued to the management of the sanatorium.
