In the Rostov and Volgograd regions in January, the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor terminated the validity of 46 declarations of conformity for livestock products

In particular, based on the results of monitoring the data contained on the website of the Russian Accreditation Service, 12 manufacturers were identified who issued declarations of conformity for their products based on test reports that do not contain all the necessary studies confirming their compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations “On Food Safety” or technical regulations for certain types of food products.

In addition, the fact of false declaration of individual entrepreneur A.A. Kasyanova was revealed. ( Rostov region ) dairy products (cottage cheese ), which did not meet the quality and safety requirements according to the results of laboratory tests. Also, when monitoring compliance with mandatory requirements in relation to Semimol LLC (Rostov region), it was established that the enterprise registered 5 declarations of conformity for dairy products based on test reports from “phantom” laboratories, the location of which was not confirmed at the actual address of the activity.

These facts indicate that manufacturers, having failed to ensure proper compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, committed violations of the procedure for declaring products subject to mandatory confirmation of conformity.

Based on all the identified facts, the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Office issued warnings against 6 legal entities and 8 individual entrepreneurs about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements when releasing products of animal origin into circulation. Business entities are asked to ensure compliance with regulatory legal acts relating to and regulating the production and circulation of food products, as well as to be guided by them in their activities.
