1 billion rubles will be invested in the bean processing project in the Tula region

In the Tula region, there are fields of the Miratorg agricultural holding with an irrigation area of ​​1.5 thousand hectares. In these territories, the holding will grow legumes - 900 hectares for beans and 600 hectares for peas - which will then be processed in a new processing complex.

The complex, in which 1 billion rubles will be invested, will have a one-time storage capacity of 4.2 thousand tons of legumes. The company explained that the raw materials will be loaded from vehicles, after which it will go through all the necessary stages of preparation, from cleaning to weighing and packaging. The cleaned and frozen product will be used in vegetable mixes and prepared vegetable dishes.

The company explained that this project will help with the import substitution of raw materials, while its own raw material base will reduce the cost of the product and ensure quality. The product will also be supplied to other Russian enterprises.
