Antibiotics found in Brest meat processing plant products

During a laboratory study of brawn produced by one of the largest MEAT processing enterprises in Belarus, residual amounts of combined antibiotics from the group of amphenicols - florfenicol and thiamphenicol - were discovered. 

The presence of drugs with antibacterial and mucolytic effects in meat products is unacceptable. They cause allergic reactions, and when repeatedly introduced into the body , they lead to a decrease in immunity and the development of antibiotic resistance.
