In the Amur Region, Rosselkhoznadzor has invalidated 46 declarations on livestock products

In particular, on July 19, during the analysis of current declarations for MEAT products ( assorted sausages ), IP S. A. Arestenok was found to have 3 declarations accepted on the basis of test protocols that lacked studies on antibiotics (bacitracin , chloramphenicol ), cesium-137 radionuclide, mass fraction of arsenic, QMAFAnM and Staphylococcus aureus (S.aureus), which is a violation of the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 021/2011 "On the safety of food products" and TR CU 034/2013 "On the safety of meat and meat products".  

it was also established that individual entrepreneur M.A. Pashko declared meat and meat-containing sausage products under scheme 1D, which is an unacceptable declaration scheme for these products. According to TR CU 034/2013 "On the safety of meat and meat products", sausage products are subject to declaration exclusively under schemes 3D, 4D, 6D. 

On July 25, the Office of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR made a decision to invalidate 4 declarations of conformity for products of animal origin, and issued warnings to individual entrepreneurs about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.
