E. coli found in semi-finished products from Tver manufacturers

E. coli was found in ground beef, which was sold in Vyshny Volochek, beef and chicken cutlets from Tver, drumsticks and thighs from chicken meat, semi-finished products from chicken meat.

All products are manufactured by Tver manufacturers and sold in retail outlets in the region.

In addition to E. coli bacteria, inconsistencies were registered in the "QMAFAnM" indicator, which indicates violations of food storage.

All food samples were received by the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Tverskaya MVL" in the direction of the regional department of the Rosselkhoznadzor .

The results of the studies obtained by the laboratory were posted in the Early Warning System of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance and sent to the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Tver and Yaroslavl Regions for carrying out relevant activities.
