Elinar-Broiler poultry farm in the Moscow region has produced more than 11 thousand tons of poultry meat since the beginning of the year

“The poultry farms of the holding company Elinar are constantly reconstructing and increasing production capacities, introducing the latest technologies for growing and processing poultry. The share of poultry farms in the market is more than 40% in Moscow and the Moscow region. Since the beginning of 2023, over 11,000 tons of poultry MEAT have been produced at the Elinar-Broiler poultry farm alone. In 2022, this figure amounted to 100 thousand tons, ”said Georgy Filimonov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Moscow Region, who is in charge of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.

In addition, a new structural subdivision of the poultry farm in the Orekhovo-Zuevsky urban district is reaching its planned capacity.

it is engaged in the production of hatching eggs of the final hybrid of broiler chickens and is one of the leading breeding reproducers in RUSSIA.

The new reproducer will ensure the production of 42 million hatching eggs per year, which will allow the poultry farm to refuse to import this raw material, and also offer it to the market. The project has already provided residents of the Bogorodsky and Orekhovo-Zuevsky urban districts with more than 90 additional jobs.

The Elinar-Broiler poultry farm has production sites in the Naro-Fominsk, Chekhov, Noginsky, Orekhovo-Zuevsky districts of the Moscow Region. The enterprise carries out all stages of broiler breeding up to the stage of packaging and sale, and also develops the production of highly balanced poultry feed.

The enterprise produces more than 80 types of products from broiler chicken meat in chilled and frozen form - this is a carcass of a broiler chicken, its parts, sausages, cutlets, products in marinades.
