On December 16, 2023, an authorized person of the enterprise issued a production certificate for the product “Manty Pyshka with lamb and beef, 420 g”, where only beef was used as a raw material for the production of products , without specifying lamb.

The use of the wrong type of raw materials for the production of products does not allow tracking traceability during production, confirming the safety in veterinary and sanitary terms and the well-being of the places where the products are released.

December 15, 2023 LLC "MOLOKO" produced 1245 liters of dairy products "Milk, pasteurized 3.2% "Ilish-Ilish", 1l", while only 130 kg of pasteurized MILK was used as raw material. The specified amount of raw materials is clearly not enough to produce 1245 liters of final products.

Since the beginning of December 2023, the Department has sent 15 warnings to authorized persons in the FSIS "Vetis.Passport" for violation of the procedure for veterinary certification of regulated goods, the registration of 1 authorized person in the FSIS "Mercury" has been temporarily suspended, and 6 warnings have been sent to business entities and veterinary services of the Republic of Bashkortostan on the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.
