Violations detected in the supply of controlled products to social institutions in the Penza region

So, since the beginning of 2023, monitoring of work in the FSIS "Mercury" in 106 social institutions of the Penza region has been carried out . At the same time, 12 violations were identified that were committed by manufacturers, 36 violations were committed by suppliers.

For example, in June 2023, an authorized person of LLC Penza MEAT Company in IS Mercury, in violation of the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of RUSSIA No. 646 dated December 18, 2015, issued a veterinary certificate for chilled beef in half carcasses and quarters with a total hook, which was not packed in consumer or transport packaging, excluding contact with the external environment. According to the current veterinary legislation, the user of FSIS "Mercury" with the role of "authorized person" does not have the right to issue an eVSD for such products. A warning was sent to the organization about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements.

Всего отделом государственного ветеринарного надзора по Пензенской области в отношении поставщиков, допустивших нарушения, направлено 9 предупреждений в системе «Ветис.Паспорт», 10 материалов переданы в прокуратуру Пензенской области, объявлено 18 предостережений, 4 привлечены к административной ответственности по ст. 10.8 ч. 1 КоАП РФ.

Кроме того, в рамках государственного мониторинга качества и безопасности пищевой продукции, поставляемой в социальные учреждения Пензенской области, отобрано 144 пробы для лабораторных исследований.

In 12 samples, non-compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On Food Safety" was revealed, namely: falsification of the fatty phase with vegetable fats in 8 cases, the content of drugs in 3 cases, and a discrepancy with the histological composition was found in 1 case.

In relation to manufacturers who committed violations, 2 warnings were announced about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements, 3 materials were sent to the prosecutor's office of the Penza region, information was sent to local authorities , 1 official was brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 14.43 hours 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

Specialists of the department of state veterinary supervision in the Penza region have strengthened control over the quality and safety of animal products supplied to socially significant institutions using the FSIS "Mercury".
