An organization that produces meat products from an illogical amount of raw materials has been identified in the Omsk region

The specialists of the department established that the authorized person of the Omsk individual entrepreneur Morkel N.V. a transaction of the "processing / production" type was executed, where chilled pork with a total weight of 5.2 kg was used as a raw material. As a result of this transaction, frozen cutlet MEAT weighing 5091 kg was produced.

Thus, the volume of finished products exceeded the weight of the raw materials used by almost 10 times, which is technologically impossible. Production of products from an illogical amount of raw materials is a violation of the requirements established by Article 15 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Veterinary Medicine” dated May 14, 1993 No. 4979-1, Article 3 of the Federal Law No. 29 dated January 2, 2000 “On the Quality and Safety of Food Products”.

The Department of ROSSELKHOZNADZOR issued a warning to the authorized person about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements and suspended the details of access to the FSIS "VetIS" of the "Passport" component.

According to the system data, the specified transaction was canceled by an authorized person of an individual entrepreneur.

In total, since the beginning of the year, the monitoring group of the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Omsk Region has identified 352 facts of non-compliance with the requirements of the law by authorized persons of business entities, 318 facts by state veterinarians and 48 violations committed by certified specialists of enterprises.

With regard to authorized persons and state veterinarians, 145 warnings were issued about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements, the registration of 54 authorized persons was suspended, and the registration of 4 authorized persons was annulled.

500 warnings were issued in the Vetis.Passport system, 21 phantom sites were excluded from the Cerberus system.
