According to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RUSSIA for the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the defendant issued invoices for goods, and then deleted information about them from the general database through the accounting program, thereby eliminating the need to deposit money at the cash desk, after which he disposed of the products at his own discretion. As a result, he stole more than 616 kilograms of MEAT products worth about 265 thousand rubles.
A criminal case was initiated against a 46-year-old employee of the meat processing plant under article 160 part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (misappropriation or embezzlement committed by a person using his official position, as well as on a large scale) and sent to COURT with an indictment. The property of the person involved in the amount of 270 thousand rubles was arrested to compensate for material damage.
