
Of the total 436 samples sent to federal centers for laboratory testing, 30 showed non-compliance with quality and safety standards, which is 7% of the total. The violations found included the presence of vegetable fats in dairy products, microbial contamination of MEAT products, and residues of veterinary drugs.
The largest number of violations were found in dairy products (63%) and meat products (31%). The Department monitors the quality of food in social institutions, where 12 out of 84 samples were also found to be non-compliant. As a result, 13 manufacturers of unsafe products were brought to administrative responsibility, and 29 tons of low-quality goods were disposed of.
All information about violations was sent to the relevant authorities and to the manufacturers themselves.
