In May, the Yuzhny poultry complex will lay 75,000 eggs in the incubator

In the industrial zone of the Malgobek district of Ingushetia, the construction of the Yuzhny poultry complex is being completed, which will combine the cultivation of turkeys with deep processing of poultry MEAT. The first products will appear on store shelves in autumn.

The founder of Yuzhny Poultry Complex LLC, Adam Kostoev, said that preparations for the launch of production lines have already begun in the shops. In May, the hatchery will accept the first batch of 75,000 eggs, and production will begin in September. 

According to preliminary calculations, the volume of production will be 10 thousand tons per year. The entire production cycle of the enterprise complies with the norms and standards of "halal".

The enterprise will provide jobs for more than 450 people, with 122 vacancies intended for highly qualified specialists. The project was implemented as part of the state program for the development of the North Caucasus Federal District. The total investment exceeds 1.8 billion rubles.
