
Inspections took place in Simferopol and Sevastopol, where more than 6 tons of products without veterinary documentation, 2.5 tons without labeling, and 6.02 kg with expired expiration dates were discovered. The list of prohibited products included pork , chicken , sausages , and other deli meats. Following inspections on June 11, 2025, the entrepreneurs were fined, and shortly thereafter, all unsafe products were destroyed under government supervision. Since the beginning of 2025, more than 50 tons of substandard products have been seized in Crimea and Sevastopol. ROSSELKHOZNADZOR specialists continue to work with the prosecutor's office to ensure product quality control.
