In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Rosselkhoznadzor (Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance) has identified over 900 violations in veterinary certification of products in a single month.

Thus, in June of this year, the agency's specialists processed 15,790 veterinary certificates, of which 918 confirmed violations of veterinary certification at 210 economic entities.

For example, on June 2, 2024 , the authorized representative of individual entrepreneur S.N. Kovaleva completed a "processing/production" transaction, according to which 868.8 kg of "Frozen pork belly" and 300 kg of "Frozen pork fat" were produced from 800 kg of "Category 3 pork, whole, tenderloin, and cheek, poultry carcass with hind and foreleg." Thus, the volume of raw materials does not correspond to the amount of processed products.

On June 25, 2024, an authorized representative of GOBIS LLC issued an electronic veterinary certificate (EVS) for "Frozen, packaged minced meat 'Domashniy'. Semi-finished minced meat product , category A. STO 0201123231-001-2023," with a volume of 100 kg. The production date was July 24, 2024. Therefore, the EVS was issued with an advance production date.

Authorized persons in the Federal State Information System "VetIS.Passport" were issued 163 warnings for violating the veterinary certification procedure for regulated goods, 37 authorized persons were suspended , and two user registrations were cancelled. 1,240 production certificates for products were revoked due to non-compliance with mandatory legal requirements, seven notifications were sent to the Veterinary Surveillance Service of Krasnoyarsk Krai, and 160 warnings were issued to business entities regarding the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.
