Chilled raw materials, such as pork and beef , were stored next to finished products without proper separation. Dirty bags containing food additives were also found in the minced MEAT preparation area. The company failed to provide bacteriological testing results for the raw materials, and product safety monitoring was inconsistent. Furthermore, the refrigeration units lacked temperature control equipment. Laboratory tests revealed the presence of pathogenic microflora, including listeria and salmonella, in product samples. Administrative proceedings have been initiated against the company for violating sanitary regulations.
