The agricultural production cooperative "Tazovsky" will launch a workshop for semi-finished MEAT and finished products from venison by the end of the year, TASS reports with reference to the press service of the government in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (YaNAO).
To implement the production project, SEC "Tazovsky" used the state subsidy in the form of a governor's grant for 15 million rubles. The design capacity of the workshop will ensure the release of 400 kilograms of products per shift. Its launch is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2022, by the start of the slaughter campaign in the deer farms of the YNAO.
In the village of Tazovsky, where only a slaughterhouse previously operated, another production module has already been installed on an area of 130 m². it will also house warehouses and staff recreation areas. Electricity and other necessary communications are connected to the site. Technological equipment installed.
In autumn, dumplings, deli meats, meatballs, meatballs, sausages and sausages from reindeer meat will appear in the assortment of the Tazovsky farm. After the meat processing shop is launched, the venison supplier will close the production cycle.
