In April 2023, 218 violations were identified when working in the information system by business entities:

21 facts of untimely cancellation of eVSD for controlled products. Thus, IE Karapetyan E.K., operating in the field of retail trade, has not repaid more than 4626 eVSD for dairy products.

33 facts of providing false information (dismissal of an authorized person). In particular, IP Tkachenko A.V. and IP Osmanova I.V. ceased their activities, but were not excluded from the FSIS "Mercury" and from the register of the FSIS "Cerberus".

- 4 traceability violations. Akvilon LLC received dairy products ( butter ), which were produced at a phantom site, which violates the process of traceability of manufactured products.

- 6 facts of extending the shelf life of products through the transaction "processing / production". The authorized person for the registration of the VSD SP Martyntsova C.The. the processing/production production transaction was registered, according to which lightly salted herring (shelf life until 05/04/2023) was used to produce lightly salted herring (shelf life until 05/11/2023).

In order to prevent violations of veterinary certification requirements, the Rosselkhoznadzor Department for the Kaliningrad Region sent 25 warnings to authorized persons, and access to the Mercury system was canceled to 33 authorized persons. 14 warnings about the inadmissibility of violation of mandatory requirements were sent to the addresses of legal entities for taking appropriate measures.
