In the Irkutsk region, 15 tons of ice cream and almost 10 million chicken eggs were controlled when exporting to Mongolia

In February 2023, state inspectors of the department of veterinary supervision at the state border of the Russian Federation and transport controlled 52 batches of controlled cargo for EXPORT to Mongolia and for domestic transportation by road. Employees inspected 32 batches of food chicken eggs in the amount of 9.7 million pieces, as well as 2 batches of dairy products (ice cream in assortment) in the amount of 15 tons. During domestic transportation, 18 batches of feed and feed additives for animals in the amount of 336 tons were controlled.

The export of goods was carried out in compliance with and fulfillment of the veterinary requirements of the importing country, as well as accompanied by the relevant veterinary certificates, and the mandatory disinfection of vehicles with drugs effective against infectious diseases.

Violations of the legislation in the field of veterinary medicine during the export and domestic transportation of goods controlled by the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR have not been identified.
