Over the first nine months of this year, PRODO's investment in the Tyumen region's largest poultry farm exceeded 80 million rubles. These funds were used to reconstruct the slaughterhouse and processing facility, upgrade the production's heat and power supply facilities, and improve the sanitary and hygienic control system. The introduction of new technologies has contributed to an increase in production volumes.
Additional automation of production processes in KFC's semi-finished products department has been completed. As a result, supply volumes increased by 30% between January and September. The installation of the new equipment increased cutlet production by 46% and grilled sausage production by 22%.
The modernization has contributed to a reduction in harmful emissions into the atmosphere, improved biosecurity at the plant, and increased the reliability of the climate control system in the poultry buildings.
PRODO Tyumen Broiler plans to implement several more investment projects by the end of 2023. The total investment in the poultry farm's technical upgrades will increase to 117 million rubles.
Viktor Shalyupa, Director of PRODO Tyumen Broiler JSC, noted that most of the company's processes are now automated. This modernization ensures consistently high product quality that meets international standards, providing a clear competitive advantage when entering domestic and foreign markets. This year, PRODO's Tyumen poultry farm received permission to export to the EAEU and has begun developing its export operations.
