Lipetsk agricultural producers will receive 3.6 billion rubles from the federal budget this year

This year, Lipetsk agricultural producers will receive 3.6 billion rubles from the federal budget. And the total amount of state support will be four billion rubles.

Both large agricultural enterprises and farmers will receive support. Like last year, farmers will be able to receive compensatory and incentive subsidies. 525.9 million rubles were allocated for the first, and 400.5 million for the second, according to the Department of Agriculture of the Lipetsk Region.

As part of the compensatory subsidy, payments will be made to carry out a complex of agrotechnological works, to support agricultural insurance - in this area, payments will be made in the amount of 50 percent of the insured value.

The state will also support elite seed production, livestock breeding, own milk production and beef cattle breeding.

A stimulating subsidy can be obtained for the establishment of perennial plantations, for an increase in the production of priority areas in crop production (and this is an increase in the production of grains and oilseeds and the establishment of perennial plantations), for ensuring an increase in milk production: in this case, the subsidy is provided for one ton of milk obtained on farms with an average production of over 7.4 thousand tons per year. Also, within the framework of this subsidy, beef cattle breeding is supported (for the purchase of breeding stock of beef cattle) and small forms of farming.

41.8 million rubles will be allocated for irrigation and drainage measures. It is also expected to pay subsidies to stimulate the increase in the production of oilseeds (rapeseed and soybeans). In addition, the necessary amount of funds has already been planned to pay the interest rate on investment loans and borrowings.

This year, in connection with the current situation in the food market, support will be provided to certain sectors of the food and processing industry. In particular, Lipetsk bakeries will receive 23.8 million rubles for the sale of bread, and flour milling companies will receive 89.5 million rubles for the purchase of wheat. It is planned to support in the amount of more than 465 million rubles for the production and sale of refined bottled sunflower oil and sugar in retail trade enterprises. It should be noted that the main condition for receiving this subsidy is the supply of sugar to retailers at a price of 36 rubles per kilogram, sunflower oil - at 95 rubles per liter.

This year, 698 million rubles are provided for all support measures under the state program "Integrated Development of Rural Territories". Also, within the framework of the regional project "Acceleration of small and medium-sized businesses", small forms of management can count on 97.1 million rubles. Moreover, most of this amount, 62 million rubles, is for Agrostartup grants.

Support will also be provided to agricultural consumer cooperatives if they decide to purchase agricultural machinery and specialized vehicles, purchase agricultural products from their members or cooperative members acquire property in order to transfer it to the ownership of the cooperative.

In addition, the regional budget provides for more than 25 million rubles to support fish farming and engineering support for horticultural non-profit associations, in particular, for the repair and restoration of electrical and water supply networks.
