Sergey Novosad emphasized that the main task is to create conditions for the joint growth of employees and the company, where the person will be in the center of attention, and the corporate culture will become the basis for development. The TAVROS Group, founded in 2011 by Rustem Mirgalimov, develops such areas as crop production and livestock farming, and is also engaged in MEAT processing and the production of SUGAR, eggs and bakery products. The company actively operates in nine regions of RUSSIA and exports products to more than ten countries, focusing on the development of domestic genetics and modern technologies in the agricultural sector.
