In the Krasnoarmeysky district of the Chelyabinsk region, the production complex of the bankrupt company "Duck Farms" is put up for sale.
According to the information published by the arbitration manager of Duck Farms LLC Sergey Sidorov on the website of the electronic trading aggregator, the starting price of the object is 542,204,000 rubles. At the same time, a significant part of the property in the amount of 501,369,000 rubles is encumbered with a pledge in favor of InvestStroy LLC, which bought the right to claim debt from Rosselkhozbank at the beginning of 2021. Applications will continue until August 8th.
A single lot includes unfinished buildings for keeping poultry with a degree of completion of 95%, a hatchery, slaughter shops, MEAT processing and biological waste disposal, other buildings and structures, equipment and land. In addition, the Utkino trademark , owned by the company, is being sold for 17,000 rubles. The main assets are concentrated in the village of Miassskoe.
The design of the poultry complex began in 2014 at the initiative of the Chelyabinsk entrepreneur Sergey Kostenko. Construction started in 2015 but was not completed due to financial difficulties. The stumbling block was an unaffordable loan from Rosselkhozbank for 677 million rubles at 19.72% per annum. About 180 million were not enough to launch the project at full capacity.
In 2019, Kostenko was conditionally sentenced to a year and a half for hiding 10 million rubles from the tax inspectorate. In the same year, Duck Farms LLC was declared bankrupt.
