When analyzing the execution of electronic veterinary accompanying documents in the FGIS "Mercury", it was established that the veterinarian servicing the slaughter production site of the entrepreneur Akhmetkaleev D.S., when issuing production veterinary certificates for the MEAT of slaughtered animals, does not issue production documents for skins, veterinary confiscated products, other slaughter products obtained during the evisceration of carcasses, and also does not issue documents for the movement of biological waste, which leads to a violation of the traceability of products of animal origin.
In addition, during the analysis of the eVSD, it was discovered that on May 3, the enterprise produced beef in half carcasses and quarters from a different biological species of animal (slaughter horse).
The above actions are a violation of Technical Regulations CU 021/2011 "On the Safety of Food Products" dated 09.12.2011 No. 880, TR CU 034/2013 "On the Safety of Meat and Meat Products" dated 9 October 2013 No. 68; Laws of the Russian Federation "On Veterinary Medicine" dated 14.05.1993 No. 4979-1 and "On the Quality and Safety of Food Products" dated 02.01.2000 No. 29-FZ; Orders of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation concerning the rules for organizing work on the execution of veterinary accompanying documents and the rules for the movement, storage, processing and disposal of biological waste.
The Department, within the scope of its powers, issued a warning to the individual entrepreneur about the inadmissibility of violating the established requirements. The Department also informed the Ministry of Agriculture of the Chelyabinsk Region about violations in the work of the veterinarian of the OGBU "Kizilskaya Veterinary Station" Sergeeva I.A. for taking measures.
It should be noted that earlier, at the end of April, individual entrepreneur Kinzin A.A. from the Nagaybaksky district of the Chelyabinsk region, who is engaged in slaughter and production of semi-finished meat products, and veterinarian of the OGBU "Nagaybakskaya Veterinary Station" Arapova A.V. were held liable for a similar violation in the circulation of secondary slaughter products.
