In the Chelyabinsk region, the Rosselkhoznadzor handed over to the police materials on the fact of meat trade through social networks

In the course of control and supervisory activities without interaction, the Office of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR found that citizen Balkovaya S.Yu. is not registered in the FSIS "VetIS" subsystems "Cerberus" and "Mercury", respectively, the sale of MEAT and meat products is carried out by it without a veterinary examination, followed by the execution of the necessary veterinary accompanying documents confirming the safety of controlled products.

These actions are a violation of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 021/2011 "On food safety" dated 09.12.2011 No. 880 in terms of its traceability, Federal Laws dated 02.01.2000 No. 29-FZ "On the quality and safety of food products" and " On Veterinary Medicine” dated 14.05.1993 No. 4979-1, “Rules for organizing work on issuing veterinary accompanying documents, the procedure for issuing veterinary accompanying documents on paper”, approved by Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of RUSSIA dated 27.12.2016 No. 589, providing for the traceability of products of animal origin.

The Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor issued a warning to the violator about the inadmissibility of the established violations.

Due to the fact that such offenses in the field of entrepreneurial activity and the activities of self-regulatory organizations are not within the competence of the Office, information about the incident was sent to the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Magnitogorsk for administrative action.
