The text says that the territory of the Vetlevka farm, owned by the Bryansk MEAT Company (Miratorg), is recognized as an epizootic focus. it is prohibited to treat sick animals and to allow outsiders to visit the area.
Animals cannot be imported or exported except for slaughter. It is prohibited to EXPORT and use MILK other than heat-treated milk.
Quarantine is in place until a decision is made to lift it. An action plan has been approved to eliminate the epizootic focus of brucellosis in cattle .
