In the Astrakhan region, according to the Federal State Information System "Mercury", the fact of receipt of dairy and meat products of unknown origin into social institutions has been established.

The monitoring group of the department, according to the data of the Mercury system, revealed that the authorized person of the entrepreneur made changes (dates of production, expiration dates, dates of incoming eVSD and dates of receipt) of incoming dairy (MILK, sour cream, cheese) and MEAT products (semi-finished products , poultry ) by means of conducting inventory acts. Subsequently, the authorized person sent the above products in excess of 4 tons using transport electronic veterinary accompanying documents (eVSD) to social institutions in the city of Astrakhan and the Astrakhan region.
These circumstances indicate the release into circulation of IP Kasiyan R.G. dairy and meat products of unknown origin with violation of traceability in the amount of 4.4 tons.
Due to this fact of violation by officials of the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Office , the registration of the authorized person was suspended. A warning was sent to the entrepreneur about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements and it was proposed to take measures to comply with them.
Information about this fact was sent to the administrations of districts and municipalities of the Astrakhan region, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of HEALTH for information and response measures within their competence, as well as to law enforcement agencies for conducting a pre-investigative check on the signs of a crime under Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
