The Amur branch of Rosselkhoznadzor has recorded an excess of microorganisms in meat products.

Data on the exceedances was entered into the Vesta early warning system and transmitted to the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (ROSSELKHOZNADZOR) in the Amur Region and the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) for appropriate action. Since the beginning of 2025, 15 cases of exceeding the permissible level of QMAFAnM have already been recorded in the regions, affecting various products, including semi-finished MEAT products and MILK . High levels of such microorganisms can lead to food poisoning, especially in vulnerable groups such as children and the elderly.
