In the Amur region, the Rosselkhoznadzor revealed falsification of semi-finished meat

In early April, when sampling from a batch of minced chicken, ROSSELKHOZNADZOR inspectors revealed a non-compliance of products with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union in terms of quality and safety.

In particular, inspectors of the supervisory agency, based on the results of research by the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Amur Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor", found "soybean DNA" in samples of minced chicken produced by individual entrepreneur E.V. Suzdaltsev. At the same time, only chicken MEAT was indicated by the manufacturer as part of the semi-finished product .

Information about the detection was promptly sent to the manufacturer. In this regard, the enterprise conducted an internal internal audit and developed a program of measures to prevent violations. The rest of the counterfeit products were destroyed.

An individual entrepreneur was issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.

Also in the second decade of April, Rosselkhoznadzor made a decision to suspend the declaration for these products.

After the manufacturer provided a test report confirming the compliance of the products with the requirements, the declaration was renewed at the beginning of May.
